Here is the transcript from the first day in oral arguments on the Affordable Care Act, as released this afternoon by the Supreme Court. 

Okay, I’m sick of this because 1) all the folk who are against it have their health insurance covered (either through insurance or out-of-pocket) or don’t think they’ll ever get sick; 2) the folks who are for it don’t understand how it is WAY watered down from what it should have been; and 3) most of the folk arguing about it have never read or understand the bill’s contents.

However, there are those of you who are interested in information, even though these arguments don’t get to the real question - is full, comprehensive health care a right?  Answer this question and the rest of this is irrelevant.
